At Nhozo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our power banks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including any protective films, manuals, and accessories.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Products that are missing components or accessories.
- Products that are marked as non-returnable in the product description.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via the email address provided on our Contact page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
3. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the product is approved for return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
4. Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
The refund amount will include the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping costs. If the product is returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will also refund the original shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange the product for a different model or color, please indicate your preference when requesting the RMA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability. In such cases, we may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
7. Non-Returnable Items
